We are currently experiencing an issue with third-party installments provider Affirm which is causing Shop Pay Installments options to be unavailabe to US storefront users. Please refer to Affirm's public status page for the latest updates.
Resolved
Between 15:52 UTC – 21:40 UTC, we experienced an outage with Shop Pay Installments for storefront users in the US due to a third-party issue with Installments provider Affirm, causing Installments options to appear unavailable to affected users. At 21:40, Affirm confirmed a fix to their systems. We reenabled Shop Pay Instalments at 21:50 at which time we confirmed the issue resolved. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.
