Refund Policy
A simple policy: if OutageDeck isn’t what you expected, tell us within 14 days and you get your money back.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Every new subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.
2. Renewals
If a subscription renews that you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the plan has not been materially used since the renewal. When in doubt, just write to us — we are reasonable.
3. How to request a refund
Email kerolosmalak@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout (including the receipt number speeds things up), or use the help link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time via the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Outside the 14-day windows above, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period, except where the law requires it.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country, including in the EU and UK. See also our Terms of Service.
