    Shopify Admins may be inaccessible to some merchants. We are currently investigating and will update you as soon as possible.

    We have noted some recovery upon canceling and restarting the login flow. We continue to investigate and will keep you updated.

    We are continuing to investigate the root cause of degraded logins to Admin, POS and other areas, including Shopify Support.

    We have identified a fix and have begun to see recovery of Shopify logins. We continue to monitor the situation before confirming resolution.

    Between 9:19 – 13:20 UTC, we experienced user login issues which affected Admin, POS and support contact performance. A fix was implemented at 13:00 UTC which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.
