Last week, a service update was applied that inadvertently caused inbound failures for Short Codes, One Time Passwords (OTP) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The update has since been rolled back, and service has been fully restored. We will follow up with more information on future service changes, so that any impact is communicated in advance.
