Custom domains are currently not receiving new tls certificates for new purchases and renewals, and these domains will not be accessible. We are working with our providers and will update you as soon as possible.

This issue has been resolved and we continue to monitor to ensure a return to baseline service.
Resolved
Between 18:48 to 20:30, we experienced new custom domain certs ere failing. A fix was implemented at 20:30 which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.
