    A subset of Nextiva Contact Center customers are experiencing issues placing and receiving calls, along with handling workitems via ACD. Engineers are engaged and investigating the issue.

  2. Monitoring

    A change has been implimented and we are monitoring the results. We are seeing recovery of most core functionalities for the impacted subset and will continue to monitor to ensure full resolution.

  3. Resolved

    After monitoring, we have confirmed that all core services are functioning as intended and that there are no further issues. Incident is resolved.
