Yotpo Service Disruption notice

We are investigating an interruption in the Yotpo L&R service, causing customer data not showing to some merchants using the new Loyalty Tiers feature.

At 1:05 PM EST, our team identified the cause of the disruption affecting some Loyalty & Referrals merchants. A backend issue with our Loyalty Tiers service was preventing customer data from loading correctly in Admin for some stores.

We are restarting the affected systems and monitoring recovery. We’ll post another update as soon as we have more to share.

Our team applied a fix around 1:35 PM EST, and we are seeing a significant reduction in errors since 1:37 PM EST. Some merchants using Loyalty Tiers may still experience brief delays while we confirm full recovery across all stores.

No customer data has been lost — this issue affected the display and loading of customer data in Admin, not the underlying records.

We will continue monitoring the service and will post another update once we can confirm the issue is fully resolved.

This incident has been resolved.

Full service recovery was confirmed at 2:40 PM EST. Loyalty Tiers customer data is loading normally in Admin, and we are no longer seeing related errors.
