We are currently experiencing intermittent failures on some RCS API endpoints on our United States Data Center. The issue is being investigated, and more information will follow in the next update.
Identified
We have identified the root cause of intermittent failures affecting certain RCS API requests at our United States Data Center. We are implementing a corrective action and will provide further updates soon.
Resolved
The issue has been resolved, and service is fully operational.
The impact was limited to the RCS Sender Management and Test Number Management endpoints. The RCS Send Messages endpoint was not affected.
