    We are currently experiencing issues with correctly reflecting top up payments over multiple data centers. The issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.

  2. Resolved

    The issue has been successfully resolved and the service is once again operational.

    During this time, you may have experienced successful payments remaining in “In progress” status, with balances and invoices not immediately updated in the Customer Portal.

    Please note that no transactions were lost, and all payments are now correctly reflected in account balances and invoices.
