    We are seeing a recurrence of the inbound call connectivity issue with a UK Carrier that was previously reported and resolved. This is again causing sporadic retries on calls to Aircall UK numbers, and some customers may experience duplicate inbound call attempts.

    We have re-engaged with the carrier and are working to confirm the root cause and prevent further recurrence. We will share updates as soon as we have more information.
