    Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and is actively working on a resolution. Please note that new Mail Send requests are processing as expected and are not impacted. We will share another update within the next two hours, or sooner if additional information becomes available.

  5. Resolved

    Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Mail delay has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time
