Starting around 9am PST on May 5, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with the most recent Twilio SendGrid invoices and the tax amounts on those invoices not being charged correctly. Users may experience issues with the tax amounts on the most recent invoices. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

If you were overcharged, your refund will be automatically processed to your card on file within 7–10 business days. If you were undercharged, the corrected tax balance has been applied; please log in to your console to validate the updated invoice details. Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Twilio SendGrid invoices and the tax amounts has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
