Incident updates

Updates are normalized from the official source chronology so timeline changes remain easy to scan.

  1. Resolved

    Network configuration was updated, all external services are again reachable, the incident has been resolved.

  2. Identified

    The node that we route outbound network traffic through (e.g. for Sources and Sinks that do not use AWS's PrivateLink) was rolled. The new node that took over had a configuration only partially applied which prevented some traffic from reaching outside of our network.
