    We’re investigating an issue where the Account Settings page, which renders the admin portal from our authentication provider, is not loading. As a result, admins are currently unable to manage users. Please contact our support team if you are critically impacted by this issue.

  2. Resolved

    The issue preventing access to the Account Settings page has been resolved. User management functionality is now fully restored in the console.
