Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting a subset of clients using the Kraken Mobile app. Affected clients may see a blank screen after selecting their nationality new account onboarding, which may prevent them from completing the onboarding flow. Website and the Pro app are fully functional and can be used as a workaround. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
