    We are currently experiencing degradation of our Customer Portal Login Service hosted on Global (Europe), Indonesia and United States data center. You may experience issues trying to login into Customer Portal. Our dedicated team is already investigating the issue and more updates will follow.

    Investigation of our dedicated team showed that following locations are affected: United Arab Emirates, Global (Europe), Great Britain, Indonesia, United States and Saudi Arabia.

    Root cause of the issue was identified and team is actively working on a fix implementation.

  3. Identified

    We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

  4. Resolved

    The issue has been successfully resolved and the Customer Portal login service is once again fully operational.
