Some users are experiencing issues with the Acuity Admin Mobile app crashing when attempting to launch the app after the latest iOS 27 update. We are currently investigating the issue.

We currently recommend that users remain on iOS 26 and defer upgrading to iOS 27 until this issue is resolved. This precaution will ensure uninterrupted access to the Acuity Admin Mobile app. Android users remain unaffected.

Access to the Acuity Scheduling app has been restored for users on iOS 27. Users can update to Acuity Scheduling version 98.0.0 via the Apple App Store to install the fix.
