    Starting at approximately 8:34 AM PST on January 23, our engineers began investigating an issue causing delays in engagement tracking events and Event Webhook deliveries. Some customers may experience increased latency in receiving these events. Email sending is not impacted at this time.     Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

    Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue impacting Event Webhook deliveries and engagement tracking events has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
