    Starting around 07:30 AM PST on April 15th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with users able to open support tickets. Customers are being redirected to a blank page when trying to open a support ticket, but chat options are still available. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in two hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

  2. Monitoring

    Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

  3. Resolved

    Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with the support page and ticket creation has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
