    We are currently investigating an issue that may cause a small group of users to experience unexpected IRM access issues, or undelivered pages. Most users should not be affected.

  2. Identified

    The issue has been identified, and we are working on a fix.

  3. Monitoring

    A fix is currently being rolled out and will be deployed progressively over the next few hours. We appreciate your patience as this reaches all affected customers.

  4. Monitoring

    The fix has been deployed to the majority of deployments. We continue to monitor progress.

  5. Resolved

    Between 14:57 UTC on 22 September and 09:00 UTC on 23 September, a small group of users experienced unexpected access issues and undelivered pages in Grafana IRM. This has been fully resolved and all affected users should now have normal access. Thank you for your patience.
