    Dear emnify Customers,

    We are currently investigating a connectivity issue affecting devices connected via the Zain network in Kuwait. In the meantime, we have blocked the network to help devices switch to the other available network, STC, which is confirmed to be working as expected.

    We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
