    Impact: During this time, gateways failed to communicate with Spark Management and appeared disconnected in the Spark Management application.

    Root Cause: An internal error caused failures in the gateway heartbeat flow due to a shared file exceeding its size limit.

    Resolution: Proper handling and rotation mechanisms were added for this file to prevent recurrence.

    The fix has been applied to all Spark Management instances across all supported regions, although the impact was limited to the EU data residency.
