    For a short period of time, some 10DLC SMS and MMS messages towards AT&T destinations incorrectly received a rejection related to Spam Filtering due to an off-network condition. The incident has been resolved and we are observing expected network behavior.

    Between 17:30 UTC and 18:15 UTC on October 7, 2026, some 10DLC SMS and MMS messages towards AT&T destinations incorrectly received a rejection related to Spam Filtering due to an off-network condition.

    Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.
