  1. Investigating

On October 23, 2026, between approximately 15:20 and 15:50 UTC, an infrastructure-level outage occurred with our third-party Edge provider, impacting authentication services on the US-1 Public Cloud environment for requests routing through a specific region. Our provider has reported that this issue has been mitigated after deploying a fix for the issue. We've been monitoring the environment to ensure stability and are actively engaging with our service provider about the root cause of the event.

  2. Resolved

After monitoring the affected environments to ensure stability, we confirm that previously affected services have been restored following the fixes deployed by our third-party service provider. A root cause analysis (RCA) will be posted here within 10 business days. We sincerely apologize for the impact this had on you and your users.
