Resolved
Our investigation has determined that the issue originated from infrastructure hosted by our third-party service provider. Elevated errors on the environment have subsided, and services have been restored. A root cause analysis (RCA) will be posted here within 7 business days. We sincerely apologize for the impact this had on you and your users.
