  1. Identified

As a security precaution related to a critical PHP security release, Acquia has temporarily disabled some Acquia Cloud Platform management services while we wait for a pending operating system security update from AWS.

Your applications remain online and available to visitors, and you can still sign in to Drupal.

During this time, you will not be able to sign in to Acquia, access the Acquia Support portal to submit tickets, use Acquia Cloud Platform management tools or Cloud API, deploy code to production environments, or view Acquia Maintenance.

Acquia does not have an estimated restoration time yet. We will post updates here, including when services are available again. For more information, subscribe to the Acquia Acquia Trust Center | Powered by SafeBase(https://security.acquia.com/) .

    Maintenance reference #7614
