Incident updates

Every update Zapier posted, oldest to newest, exactly as it appeared on their official status page.

  1. Identified

We are currently experiencing issues with our Shopify app due to an upstream outage affecting Shopify's services. Multiple Shopify systems are impacted, including Admin, Checkout, Storefront, and Point of Sale.

Users may be unable to complete actions that rely on Shopify integrations at this time. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

For real-time updates on Shopify's service status, please visit their official status page: [https://www.shopifystatus.com](https://www.shopifystatus.com "https://www.shopifystatus.com")

We apologize for any disruption this may cause. Once Shopify services are restored, we will work to ensure all affected workflows resume normal operation.

    Thank you for your patience.

  2. Monitoring

    Shopify Service Update

We're pleased to report that Shopify's services have recovered and are operating normally. We've confirmed that our Shopify app is now functioning as expected, and zap triggers and actions are executing successfully.

    What you can do

If you had zaps that failed during the outage window, you can manually replay those failed runs to push the data through your workflows. To do this:

    1. Open the affected zap in your Zap History

    2. Locate the failed run(s) from the outage period

    3. Select the run and choose to replay it

Your zap will then attempt to complete the action with the current data.

    Next steps

We're continuing to monitor both Shopify's status and our own systems to ensure full stability. If you experience any further issues with your Shopify integrations, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Thank you for your patience during this incident.

  3. Resolved

    Shopify Service Restored

We're pleased to report that Shopify's services have fully recovered and are operating normally. Our Shopify app is now functioning as expected, and Zap triggers and actions are executing successfully.

    What happened

Between approximately 13:06 UTC and 15:28 UTC on June 3rd, Shopify experienced a widespread outage affecting their Admin API, GraphQL endpoints, and multiple other services. This caused failures in both Zap triggers and Zap actions that rely on Shopify integrations.

    What we did

Once Shopify's services were restored, we automatically replayed all impacted Zap runs to ensure your workflows could complete successfully. Any remaining failed runs will be handled by our automatic replay system. No further action is required from you.

We've completed our investigation and confirmed all systems are stable. If you experience any further issues with your Shopify integrations, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Thank you for your patience during this incident.
