    Twilio Flex authentication was degraded for approximately 180 minutes (3 hours) between 11:27 AM and 2:27 PM Pacific Time on 08/11/2026. During this period of time, customers may have experienced failed or interrupted single sign-on (SSO) login attempts when authenticating into Flex. The issue has now been resolved.
