    We’re investigating issues with processing delays on the v2 API with the following -

    • Webhook Updates

    • Phone Number / Connection Settings Updates

    • Payment Processing

  2. Investigating

    User number, connection, and outbound profile updates are extremely delayed, and customer payments are also heavily delayed.

  3. Monitoring

    We’ve identified the issue and have released a fix. Queues are depleting and regular functionality is being restored.

    We’re monitoring the results.
