    Our engineers are currently investigating an issue regarding voice insights. Twilio customers affected are temporarily unable to access the Voice Insights Console Dashboard in IE1. There is no impact to Voice Insights Console Dashboard in the US1 and AU1 regions.

    Our engineers have implemented a fix and are continuning to monitor systems for recovery. We will provide another update in 1 hour.

  3. Resolved

    This incident has been resolved.
