We experienced an issue affecting SMS and Number Lookup services across Multiple Locations.
During the specified period, part of Infobip customers may have experienced issues with termination of SMS traffic and Number Lookup requests towards certain carriers. Our core SMS platform was unaffected by this issue and the majority of traffic has been re-routed to alternative solutions, however, a portion of traffic experienced degraded delivery.
