Some Hyperdrives experienced elevated failure rates when connecting to origin databases between 2026-09-16 22:45 UTC and 2026-09-17 00:45 UTC due to a misconfigured release. Hyperdrives connecting through Workers VPC or Cloudflare Access tunnels were not affected.
This incident has been resolved.
