Between 04:37 UTC and 11:47 UTC on October 6, 2026, a subset of Bandwidth's outbound voice calls to France failed to connect.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.
