# OutageDeck > OutageDeck tracks whether major cloud and SaaS providers are up or down. It ingests the official status source for each one about every 10 minutes, normalizes the data, and publishes public status pages, independent daily uptime history, full incident timelines, outage alerts (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, webhook, and email), embeddable SVG badges, RSS feeds, a CORS-enabled JSON API, and a remote MCP server for AI agents. OutageDeck currently tracks 180 providers. Every status here is read from the official source that publishes it: usually the provider's own status page, and for a few providers the parent company's page that carries them. OutageDeck never probes a service and never takes a user report.
