        "body": "Between 20:39 and 20:41 UTC on October 1, 2026, the Audit Logs API returned elevated errors (HTTP 500 and 408 timeouts) for roughly one minute. Some requests to create audit log events, and a small number of export requests, failed in this window. Requests have succeeded normally since 20:41 UTC. Other WorkOS products were not affected.\n\nThe incident was triggered by an infrastructure change that increased the number of connections to the database. We have found the cause and are putting a fix in place to prevent it from happening again. If your integration does not retry failed requests, events sent between 20:39 and 20:41 UTC may not have been recorded. We will keep monitoring and post an update once the fix is complete.",
