If possible, customers are advised to use a different region when creating new clusters. It is expected that cluster creations and edits will eventually succeed as capacity becomes available.\n\nGCP has not provided a timeline for when these capacity issues will be resolved, but we will continue to monitor and update this page as we learn more.",
