        "body": "Bandwidth has concluded its investigation of this issue and determined that between 16:59 UTC on October 28 and 17:19 UTC on October 29, requests to the Number Portability Checker API that asked for a JSON response returned an empty response instead of the portability information. \n\nDue to the limited scope of impact, Bandwidth is closing this incident and this will be the extent of the information we will provide for this issue.
